Kip’s career highlights include:
- Scaling INSPYR Solutions from an $80M IT staffing business to a $350M national provider through organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
- Leading Manpower North America, managing a $2B light industrial staffing segment across 550+ branch offices in the U.S. and Canada.
- Transforming TAPFIN into the global gold standard for contingent workforce management, overseeing $12B in spend under management for Fortune 100 companies.
- Building COMSYS into a $700M IT staffing powerhouse by driving strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
A six-time recipient of Staffing Industry Analysts’ “Staffing 100” award and a member of their Leadership Hall of Fame, Kip was also recognized as a finalist in the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award (2022). His leadership at TAPFIN set a new standard for workforce solutions, while his innovative approach at Talent Path introduced a groundbreaking hire, train, deploy model to the IT staffing industry.

Christopher Minnick, Associate Partner
Christopher Minnick is a recognized leader and trusted expert in workforce strategies. He has spent the last 25 years advising start-ups to Fortune 10 companies on the optimal strategies to grow revenues, increase profitability, and attract emerging talent.
Christopher's career highlights include:
- Founder (or co-founder) of seven start-ups ranging from contingent workforce consulting, business strategy, hospitality, retail, and e-commerce.
- Established Strategic Alliance practice with technology and service companies for web development and consulting company that generated one-third of the company’s revenue leading to a Series A capital raise of $50+M.
- Part of an elite team responsible for the go-to-market strategy and motions for a newly formed, high-growth MSP/VMS subsidiary of Volt Information Sciences, a Fortune 1000 staffing and workforce solution company.
In 2006, Minnick co-founded Brightfield, an external workforce strategy and analytics company. During his tenure, he held various executive positions overseeing finance, accounting and tax, legal, sales and marketing, delivery and operations, and human resources. Minnick was a member of Brightfield’s Board of Directors from 2015 to 2019. Completed Series A with Saphire Ventures, Mission OG, and Telescope Partners.
